  • Art of Aroma: Bottling Memories, One Scent at a Time

I woke up on Saturday morning buzzing with excitement, eager to experience something I’d been looking forward to for a long time. I reached the café well before the official start time, just as Rukiyah and her team were setting up. The air was already rich with the promise of something magical, filled with the subtle, enchanting notes of perfume in the making. As people started arriving, we warmed up with games like Uno and Truth or Dare, which quickly broke the ice. Despite it being my first time, everyone bonded easily. I even found myself speaking my mother tongue with some newly found native connections, sharing stories and laughs over life, culture, and common interests. It felt easy, warm, and unexpectedly comforting. When it was time for the main event, we gathered around our workstations, our eyes lighting up at the bottles and droppers set before us. Rukiyah walked us through the basics: the fragrance pyramid, how notes are layered, and how perfume concentrations are defined. Soon, we were mixing our own scents from 11 distinct options. I crafted a woody blend, softened with lavender and musk. Even as tacos and drinks arrived, no one moved from their spots; everyone was too immersed in their creations. Leaving the café, I wasn’t just carrying a bottle of fragrance, I was carrying a little piece of art, uniquely mine. We all walked out with happy smiles, fragrant memories, and photos capturing every joyful moment.  The experience gave me a newfound appreciation for the subtle power of scent and a beautiful reminder of how shared creativity brings people together. • #PotluckWithOne 2025: Food, Games, and Easy Conversations

This year, traffic tried its best to delay the day, but it only gave us a slow and comfortable start. People arrived at different times, slipped into conversations effortlessly, and soon we forgot to look at the clock altogether. The space filled up with familiar faces, light chatter, and the kind of comfort that comes from meeting people who feel like your own. The food table was full of simple, homemade dishes made with care. Chole with Chapatis, Idli, Pasta, Hummus with Pita bread, and Gokul Pithe came together beautifully. Gokul Pithe was a first for many of us, and one bite was enough to spark a whole new set of conversations. The food was delicious, but what made it special was the stories and curiosity shared around each dish. We kicked things off with Uno and Zenga, and the competitive spirit showed up instantly. Laughter, friendly complaints, and dramatic moves set the mood for the day. After everyone had eaten their fill, Dumb Charades took over. The game brought out legendary actors, bold performances, and some very confident wrong answers. We laughed so much that it became the highlight for many of us. PotluckWithOne has always been about more than just gathering around a table. It is about showing up, sharing effort, and spending time without pressure. Thank you to everyone who cooked, played, laughed, and made PotluckWithOne 2025 another memory to hold on to. We look forward to many more such moments together. • Candid Corner: Cmd + Shift + Focus

In our constant quest to learn, listen, and truly connect with our community, we decided to create something a little more personal, Candid Corner. A podcast-style conversation space where stories take the front seat and conversations flow without filters. While the idea sounded simple on paper, bringing it to life took time, thought, and a few nervous moments. We knew exactly who we wanted to begin with, our beloved Saurabh and Radhika. Their journey, their values, and the work they’re building felt like the perfect starting point for what Candid Corner stands for. Once the setup was ready, the nerves didn’t take long to turn into laughter. Multiple retakes just to get the first question out, followed by effortless conversations that revealed so much more than we expected. We spoke about their past, their ideologies, their approach to life and work, and somewhere along the way, Theatrica started making deeper sense to us. What looked like an interesting idea from the outside turned out to be something far more meaningful from within. We wrapped up the day with a sense of excitement and clarity. This was only the beginning. Candid Corner is our way of connecting with purpose, of supporting our extended family in their journeys, whether they’re building a startup, travelling intuitively, or creating music from the heart. We want to connect with you, and we want the world to know the stories of the people who make us who we are. Written By: Gursimran Singh Video Edited By: Shubham Khare
