  • Friday = Fun Mode On!

Fun Fridays have become our favourite tradition; a weekly boost of joy, laughter, and friendly rivalry that keeps the spirits high and the smiles wide!  We kicked things off with ‘ Stack and Run ’, where speed met precision in an epic cup-stacking sprint. Players dashed, cups tumbled, and teams cheered louder with every attempt…the energy was unbeatable! Next up was ‘ Walk…Don’t Pop! ’ - the ultimate bonding challenge! Two teammates locked together (by a balloon!) and raced to the finish line without letting the balloon POP. From the awkward penguin walks to the dramatic jumps, this game had everyone bursting into laughter! We also went the nostalgic route during ‘ Onam Celebrations’  with Nimbu Chamcha Race! A lemon, a spoon, and a test of balance that took us straight back to school days. The throwbacks, focused faces and slow-motion steps made this one a crowd’s favourite! Then came ‘ Brand-Width ’, where our sharp minds tried to guess brand names from their taglines. This could have also been called ‘Who watches the most TV?’ game! Quick thinkers shined, wild guesses amused us all, and the competition got surprisingly intense!  And to wrap things up, ‘ Touch-Me-Not ’ brought in a perfect mix of thrill and chaos! The rule? Don’t tap the colour that’s announced! Simple in theory… wildly tricky in action.  A few quick call-outs and suddenly everyone’s instincts betrayed them, confident taps turning into unexpected fumbles, and the room erupting in laughter. A playful finish to yet another fantastic Friday!  Fun Fridays remind us that teamwork isn’t just about deadlines, it’s also about celebrating moments of fun together. We laughed, we played, and we strengthened our bond one game at a time. And just like that, we’re counting down to the next fun-filled Fridays already! • Beyond the Screen

It all started last June when Hameeda reached out to us, worried about her outstanding balance and EMIs. The curious Amy in me instantly wanted to jump in and help. What began as a simple query soon grew into one of the sweetest bonds I’ve ever built beyond the screen. Hameeda turned out to be one of the kindest, most light-hearted people I’ve spoken to. Even though she was genuinely stressed about her account, her voice had this warmth that instantly made the conversation easier. Once her doubts were cleared, our chat just…flowed, from talking about the weather to how she  was really doing. I learned Hameeda has a sweet tooth. That detail felt like a secret I was trusted with. I had to send her something. A tiny, ridiculous and obviously sweet gesture. I never knew a small box of chocolate could carry such weight. Thank god I listened to Amy's voice within me and sent her some brownies, turns out, she was having sort of a difficult time. Those brownies made her feel a little better about her day and made me feel like I've just won the world. I still remember catching myself smiling about it randomly for weeks, like an absolute idiot, but a happy one. Slowly, our conversations just got easier and warmer. We spoke about our days, about the weather on her side of the map, and about my ongoing hunt for our mutual favourite soul food, the perfect wadapaav. Every now and then, we’d check up on each other, and I remembered her mentioning about sharing a virtual conversation, so I thought, why not make it happen? I pulled my teammates in, and we sat there, figuring out how to make this surprise virtual meeting feel epic. On the big day, despite her travelling for work, she took the call. And there it was: the first time we saw each other, screen-to-screen. Hours of voice conversations, finally given a face. It was such a wholesome interaction. We remembered all the sweet moments we had shared, the brownie popping up on her doorstep on a rather gloomy day, to sharing songs that were 'suchhaa vibeee', quoting her, of course. A huge part of Hameeda will always be carried within the essence of who Amy is. And that was the real win-win situation. I will always be grateful to Hameeda for letting us in and for letting Amy into her beautiful world full of light, rainbows, and sunshine. Written By: Ameya Dabke Video Edited By: Shubham Khare

  • DiwaliWithOne 2.0: Spreading Festive Cheer, One Doorstep at a Time

Diwali is all about lights, laughter, and creating memories that last a lifetime. This year, for the second edition of DiwaliWithOne, we again took the celebrations beyond the usual, straight to the homes of our amazing users! With specially curated hampers, handwritten notes, and personalised photo frames capturing their special moments, we set out on a two-day journey to bring the festive spirit directly to them. Day 1: Warm Welcomes and Heartfelt Surprises Our first stop was Sameeksha’s home, our very own baker! Despite her busy schedule, she welcomed us with warmth and smiles. Sharing stories, meeting her family, and seeing her pleasantly surprised by the gifts made our first visit truly heartwarming. Next, we visited Tushar, our trading legend and the one who introduced us to the iconic Patil Misal. We met at a cozy café, and though he was a little shy, his reactions were funny, genuine, and memorable - the perfect mix of surprise and laughter. Day 2: Memorable Reactions and Festive Joy Day two started with Tejal, our chief smile officer. Her cute home welcomed us just as warmly as she did, and her heartwarming reactions and words reminded us why these connections mean so much. Next, we visited Swara, our Garba expert, at her office. She graciously took time during her break to meet us, and her surprise at the image we’d chosen for her personalized frame was priceless! We ended our journey with Raj, our soon-to-be CA. Even with his packed schedule, he made time for us, and our conversations were filled with laughter, festive cheer, and warm wishes. Ending the journey on a Heartwarming Note! • Dandiya Night 2025: Celebrating as One Big Family!

Where do I even start? This is definitely up there with one of the most memorable events!  Let me catch you up with the hows, whys, and the whats! For the past 3 years, Dandiya Night has been an office tradition. Simple decorations, music and all of our workplace Fam. Last year, we felt it needed something more, almost as if something was missing - our extended family! Obviously, to take it up a notch, we called professional instructors and a DJ, bringing their expertise! The day arrived and we were all dressed up, eager to see our fam’s reaction and boy, did it pay off! From their entry to the energy on the dance floor, it was a thing to witness. It started with a small group of people, to a huge group following the steps in a circle. More and more people kept coming, adding to the fun and excitement. Initially, only a few people had arrived. They took their time exploring, clicking pictures and talking. A small circle was formed, and music started. Cut to half an hour later, the floor was full of people, swirling around the floor in sync, following Garba steps and as if this was all choreographed. The vibe, BEAUTIFUL! There was a moment where no one knew who was who, and everyone was just dancing and enjoying the moment. At one point, we thought things might slow down when OG Bollywood beats entered the scene, and everyone's inner dancer took over. The energy went through the roof, and it was just… indescribable. I think you had to be there to truly feel it. Three things that I need to say to you, dear reader, after what we witnessed. First of all, seeing you bring your families and friends made all of us happy and gave us endless smiles. Secondly, the way you just trusted us and expressed yourself on the dance floor made us want to do more in the future. Lastly, no one wanted to leave!! The final song was played at 9:00 PM. We were prepared for the goodbyes, and everyone just… stayed. Cozy conversations, photo sessions, more photo sessions and more photo sessions moved us, cementing our belief that yes, we have brought together a vibrant and lasting community. • Paws & Poses 2.0: Yoga, Zumba, and Puppy Cuddles

What happens when you mix downward dogs with actual dogs? Pure magic! That’s exactly what went down at the second edition of Paws & Poses  - a heart-melting, soul-soothing experience where yoga meets paws, wiggles, and wagging tails. Held at a beautifully booked venue, the setting was perfect: warm sunlight, serene mats laid out, and the eager energy of participants ready for some mindful movement... and puppy love. From the moment the first paw stepped in, it was cuteness overload. Imagine doing a sun salutation while a puppy playfully tugs your T-shirt - yes, that happened! To add to the joy, we threw in a surprise Zumba session. For 30 minutes, the energy went from calm to carnival as everyone grooved, laughed, and danced their stress away. The session flowed into a relaxing yoga practice. Puppies roamed freely, some choosing laps over mats, others becoming little furry yoga buddies: energetic, affectionate, and full of curiosity. After all the movement and cuddles, it was time for some nourishment. Our participants enjoyed a round of healthy, delicious food, fueling up while still basking in the high of such a joyful morning. As we wrapped up with a heartfelt farewell, it was clear: this event wasn’t just about yoga or fitness. It was about unexpected joy and the powerful calm that only puppies can bring. Paws&Poses  left everyone with stretched muscles and full hearts. Until next time, paw-five! Written By: Gursimran Singh Video Recorded & Edited By: Shubham Khare

  • Tasty Tales: Beyond the Plate

The idea was simple: ask users about their favourite food joints and go there with them (on us, of course). What followed was a series of shared meals, easy conversations, and genuine moments that gave us a glimpse into their worlds: beyond the screens. Gong  Sushi We kicked things off at GONG with Sumanth and Shailesh. The ambience was energetic, the food even better - an array of unique Baos and Sushis packed with flavor. The "Guess the Ingredients" game brought lots of laughs, and over the meal, we heard fascinating stories about Pune’s past, like Dandiya being played where city spaces now stand. A great start with great people! Patil  Misal Next, we went traditional. Tushar suggested Patil Misal, and it did not disappoint. The misal was spicy and satisfying, and the Taak was just what we needed in the heat.  We bonded while waiting in long lines and shared some hilarious life stories. Mathura  Amras For dinner, we went to Mathura Pure Veg – a nostalgic spot with old-school service, a classic menu, and charmingly unchanged interiors. The North Indian food hit the spot, especially the Aam Ras finale.  Our signature ingredient-guessing game made a return, with the self-proclaimed chef, Komal, facing a humbling defeat. The highlight? A spontaneous dive into football and console gaming chats with Ishan – unexpected and super engaging. We   Idliwale  Appam Our last stop was an unknown gem: We Idliwale Barroom. Don’t let the name fool you, this place redefined South Indian cuisine. From the beautiful interiors to the surprisingly creative dishes like Appam and Sweet Potato done in multiple styles, it was a memorable close to our journey. This time, the conversations with Ruchita and Swaraj took over and flowed well past the meal, stories, laughs, and reflections, a truly wholesome way to end our tasty trail. What really stood out was how food turned out to be the perfect icebreaker, turning casual hangouts into genuine moments filled with laughter, stories, and learning. This whole journey reminded us that beyond the screens and apps, it’s these shared experiences that truly bring us together. Here’s to many more tasty adventures ahead! • Strength in Scars: A Day of Kintsugi & Good Vibes

They say scars tell stories, and sometimes those stories turn out more beautiful than the flawless originals. That’s exactly what we discovered at our unique event “Strength in Scars"- an unforgettable afternoon of art, food, music, and golden magic. We had booked the most beautiful, cozy cafe as our canvas for the day. The setting itself was perfect: warm lights, the smell of coffee in the air, and playlists that instantly put you in the right mood. But this wasn’t just another cafe hangout. The idea was different, exciting, and let’s be honest, a little out of the box. We were going to break things. Yes, you read that right. Plates, mugs, little ceramic pieces: crash, clink, and crack! Don’t worry, we were fully prepared - gloves on, smiles wide, and a little nervous energy buzzing around like kids about to do something mischievous. The fun really began when the breaking was done. Because now came the challenge, bringing the pieces back together. And not just any glue job. We were mixing up a special adhesive, carefully piecing fragments back into shape, and highlighting the cracks with a gold-like finish. This ancient Japanese art is called Kintsugi , and the philosophy behind it is heartwarming: that broken things, when mended with love, can become stronger and more stunning than before. Each creation turned out so different. Some looked like abstract art, others like patterned mosaics, and a few even had accidental designs that looked straight out of a gallery. The best part? There was no “right” or “wrong” way, just each person’s story coming alive in their piece. By the end of it, we weren’t just holding repaired ceramics; we were holding little reminders that flaws don’t diminish beauty, they add character. The vibe? Pure joy. The takeaway? Sometimes, breaking is the first step to making something even more precious. Written By: Gursimran Randhawa Video Edited By: Shubham Khare

  • A Little Love, A Lot of Joy: A Special Day with Our Users

Some days leave a little sparkle behind; this was one of them! We’ve always believed that our community is more than just users; they’re a part of our story. When we heard that two of our users were celebrating their engagement, we felt an instant connection to the moment. It’s not every day you get to be a part of something so personal and real. There was excitement, there were happy tears, and of course, a little brainstorming to figure out the perfect gift that would speak from the heart. We wanted to give something that would bring joy, a smile, or even become a small part of their memory. Because how could we not do something special in return? The event itself? Absolutely beautiful! Every little detail felt personal, from the decor to the music, and the way everyone came together with so much warmth.  And oh, the couple looked radiant. Seeing them together was like watching two puzzle pieces finally fall into place. Their dance, the way they looked at each other and the moment they announced their love to the world, it was genuinely moving. A celebration of love in its most authentic form, joyful, hopeful, and unapologetically full of heart. We’re so grateful to have been a part of it, to celebrate love, to celebrate connection, and to see how real and human our digital bonds can become. Here’s to more memories, more magic, and all the love that finds its way through this community! Congratulations, Radhika and Sourabh!! Written By: Gursimran Singh

  • Art of Aroma: Bottling Memories, One Scent at a Time

I woke up on Saturday morning buzzing with excitement, eager to experience something I’d been looking forward to for a long time. I reached the café well before the official start time, just as Rukiyah and her team were setting up. The air was already rich with the promise of something magical, filled with the subtle, enchanting notes of perfume in the making. As people started arriving, we warmed up with games like Uno and Truth or Dare, which quickly broke the ice. Despite it being my first time, everyone bonded easily. I even found myself speaking my mother tongue with some newly found native connections, sharing stories and laughs over life, culture, and common interests. It felt easy, warm, and unexpectedly comforting. When it was time for the main event, we gathered around our workstations, our eyes lighting up at the bottles and droppers set before us. Rukiyah walked us through the basics: the fragrance pyramid, how notes are layered, and how perfume concentrations are defined. Soon, we were mixing our own scents from 11 distinct options. I crafted a woody blend, softened with lavender and musk. Even as tacos and drinks arrived, no one moved from their spots; everyone was too immersed in their creations. Leaving the café, I wasn’t just carrying a bottle of fragrance, I was carrying a little piece of art, uniquely mine. We all walked out with happy smiles, fragrant memories, and photos capturing every joyful moment.  The experience gave me a newfound appreciation for the subtle power of scent and a beautiful reminder of how shared creativity brings people together. • #JungleInTheJar: A Creative Escape

In the search for something new and unique, we came across the calming process of creating our own terrarium. These small bowls of biomes are so cute and, at the same time, fascinating enough that we wanted to try making one with our own hands and with our own people. Similar to all the other times, we booked a cozy place and an amazing guide to take us through the journey of understanding and learning the terrarium-making process. We started off with an interesting ice-breaking game of introducing ourselves with an adjective before our names. Sagar, our host, told us his — Spontaneous Sagar — and then the creativity began. Pretty, Curious, Gorgeous, Chef, Traveler, etc., were a few that were accompanied by laughs and awws! We learned about all the layers patiently and in detail — the drainage layer using clay popcorn, the ingredients in the soil, the names, and the in-depth understanding of the plants. The anecdotes used were not just smart but funny at the same time, helping even the less experienced understand things in detail. The best part: doing everything yourself! Being able to pick your own plants and create your own designs with rocks and different kinds of sand added an extra layer of creativity and intrigue. Things were starting to take a beautiful shape! By the end, 16 beautiful terrariums were ready, each one completely unique and stunning. The journey made us forget about time as we immersed ourselves in creativity and nature. It wasn’t just about building a little glass garden, but about the joy of expressing our personal styles and bonding over something simple yet meaningful. The terrariums now sit proudly, reminding us that sometimes the most fulfilling moments come from the small, hands-on experiences we share. • First Premier League: The Ultimate Cricket Showdown!

An idea for a healthy competition among cricket fans was born — the 1st Edition of FPL (First Premier League). It was an event that induced a sense of competition and team coordination. Plans were created, jerseys were designed, umpires were ready, and the commentators were prepared to roast everyone! The hype started to build right after the first discussion. Teams were created along with quirky names and jersey designs — Vikings, Devils, Defenders, Tigers, and whatnot! Apparently, everyone was taking this seriously as they wanted to represent the correct animal, historic group, or vibe. On the side, teams were being filled, turf was being booked, and house rules were being created. After all the prerequisites, we were all set for the D-day! The only thing feared by everyone was the bright sun above their heads! A dollop of sunscreen was applied, arm sleeves were worn, and "Under the Canopies" became the most populated destination.  Matches started as planned. After a while, the heat was overshadowed by the fire to win matches and gloat over your opponents! Amidst all of this, the commentators kept the hype and the vibe going. They acted as the central point for information, as well as the necessary roasts and claps! By the end, the Alpha Predators came out on top, winning the precious trophy! This had everything — cricket, fun, competition, jerseys, banners, music, commentary, celebrations, and a tan! The event brought people together, creating unforgettable memories with every match. • #RollWithRice - Sushi Galore!

We have done a lot of art-themed freestyle events until now. For this one, we wanted to learn something exotic and refreshing. Hence, sushi! We booked a calm outdoor space and an awesome chef to guide us through the process. The setup was ready, Uno was shuffled, and the wait began for our lovely participants. Slowly, the Uno participation started to increase. We kept adding tables, created a few house rules, and started the competitive game. As always, Uno proves to be an amazing icebreaker. From "OH, we are playing Uno today!" to hiding the cards and shouting "Caught, caught!" In the middle of all this, the ingredients and utensils were brought in to complete the final setup. The focus was now on the main event of the afternoon! Bowls filled with water, chopsticks, wasabi, ginger slices, seaweed, sliced seedless cucumber, cooked sushi rice, and a small bamboo mat were all placed on the table. Our curiosity was at its peak, and as a result, everyone started opening the seaweed packets and eating the cucumbers. Thankfully, our curiosity was met by the chef when he asked us not to do it. We learned about two kinds of sushi: Maki and Uramaki. We also learned the way to spread the rice on the mat, rolling it all into a sushi, slicing the sushi roll into pieces and ingredients like avocado, and many more things along the way. After all the preparations, it was time to start plating. We could definitely see the effects as everyone became a professional chef in the process. Creating roses out of ginger slices, using asparagus to decorate the plates, adding a dash of cream cheese, a splatter of wasabi, and taking photos from different angles made us all look like pros—and why not? Right after this, no one could wait any longer and jumped straight into eating. Soon, everything was gone, and it was time to bid farewell with full bellies. Another amazing day with our fam came to an end. We laughed, appreciated, and grooved to the light music together while learning the Japanese staple. More ideas are now in line, so stay alert!
